Why fuzzycook is only allowing pre-orders?

WWe favor quality over quantity. With pre-orders, our partners can focus on taste and quality compared to on-demand orders.

Fuzzycook is optimized for delivery-only food. We allow our home-cooks to standardize their kitchens to offer you fresh food with the best ingredients with quality that you won’t find in restaurants.

How do I use Fuzzycook?

What areas does Fuzzycook serve?

In the initial phase, we provide our services within a radius of 3 km from the Nugegoda flyover.

What are the operating hours of Fuzzycook?

We are available from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm. However, you need to pre-order your food before the kitchen starts cooking. Don't worry, the kitchen page tells you what time to order before.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

Click the forgot password button on the login screen, enter your email, we will send a reset code to your email. Enter the reset code and your new password.

What is the ingredients section?

You can see the ingredients used to make your food in the ingredients section, so you know what is in your food.

How fuzzycook riders deliver your food?

We strive to deliver your food with love and care as soon as possible.

What is Deliver Between Time?

Deliver Between Time is duration our Fuzzycook Partners cater to you. At the initial stage, we cater from 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm.

Delivery is delayed

Approximate delivery time is shown in the fuzzycook app. Please bear with us if there’s a short delay since we are at the initial stage.

Rider rating

You can rate our riders by selecting “Perfect Handover” for the good delivery experience or “Poor Delivery” for the negative delivery experience from the Order rating screen.

How can I order food?

1. Open the Fuzzycook app
2. Sign up and login
3. Set the delivery location
4. Select the delivery between time
5. Choose the food type
6. Choose the kitchen
7. Choose the quantity
8. Press the Proceed to Checkout button
9. Press the Place Order button

Will the fuzzycook app notify me when the delivery is complete?

Yes, you will receive a notification when the delivery is at your doorstep.

How do I rate an order?

After a successful delivery, you can rate the order through the app.

Can I place two orders at the same time?

Currently our service is limited to one order at a time. You can place another order after your first order is complete.

What is the order limit?

The order limit is set by the kitchen according to its facilities and preference.

What are the payment options I have?

We accept cash on delivery or card payments.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, we accept debit/ credit card payments. You can add your card details from the Payment Info tab in your profile section.
